Our Story

Established in 1991, The Larder has always been a true family business. It began with James and Dan’s dad, who opened the doors with a simple idea: to serve honest, hearty food made from the best local ingredients. Over the years, the shop has been proudly passed down to his two sons, keeping the same values at the heart of everything they do.

Still family-run today, The Larder has become a staple for the local community in Bradmarsh Business Park and beyond. From our Yorkshire bacon and sausages to fresh free-range eggs from Yorkshire hens, every ingredient is carefully sourced to ensure the finest quality and flavour in every bite.

Being independent means more to us than just running a café – it’s about heritage, pride, and keeping our father’s legacy alive.
